Azhar Ali

Azhar Ali

A right-hander with a tight technique, Azhar struck the first Test century in a day-night match against the West Indies in 2016. Azhar turned that into a marathon triple-ton, eventually finishing unbeaten on 302. Since making his Test debut against Australia in 2010, the Lahore-born batsman has ingrained himself in Pakistan's top-order and stood in as captain on their tour of New Zealand in 2016. He looms as a key figure for Pakistan on their 2016-17 tour Down Under.
