Domestic
Pradeep Sangwan began his cricketing journey at a very young age, he began practicing at an academy near his locality. The pacer was coached AN Sharma.
Gifted with natural talent and raw bowling prowess Pradeep sangwan established himself as one of the most integral parts off the team.
Pradeep Sangwan made his domestic cricket debut representing Delhi Under-15 against Kolkata in 2005. Sangwan performed exceptionally well and amazed everyone with his lethal bowling prowess.
The left-arm pacer took wicket (31) in matches (6) for Delhi Under-15.
Furthermore, Pradeep Sangwan made his senior team debut for Delhi in domestic cricket in 2007 Ranji Trophy season. He took wickets (33) at a bowling average (19.24) in his first Ranji Trophy season. He was one of the most feared pacers in domestic cricket, Sangwan also took wickets (9) against Uttar Pradesh in the Ranji trophy.
Pradeep Sangwan made his List-A debut for Delhi against Services in January 16, 2008.
Overall, Pradeep Sangwan has played domestic cricket matches (114) establishing wickets (272) at bowling average (28.53).
International
Pradeep Sangwan hasn’t made his international debut for Indian National cricket team yet. The Delhi seamer is yet to debut for the Blues in the international stage.
Currently, Pradeep Sangwan represents Delhi in the domestic cricket format since 2007.
Although, Pradeep Sangwan has represented Indian Under-19 in Cricket World Cup in 2008.
Sangwan was one of the most influential figures of the Under-19 Indian team, he spearheaded the Indian pace attack with his lethal bowling.
During the Under-19 World Cup 2008 campaign, Pradeep Sangwan took wickets (8) in the tournament.
IPL
After coming back from a trophy winning campaign with the Under-19 National cricket team, Sangwan was highly rated as one of the future stars of the upcoming generation.
As a result, Sangwan was bought by IPL franchise, Delhi Daredevils in 2008. He spent two seasons with the Delhi franchise before leaving them in 2010.
Pradeep Sangwan was bought by two times IPL champions, Kolkata Knight Riders in 2011, the left-arm pacer spent two seasons with them after getting released by Kolkata Knight Riders in 2012.
He was bought again by former IPL franchise, Gujarat Lions in 2016, he spent only one season before being bought by five times champions, Mumbai Indians in 2018.
Currently, the Delhi pacer is spending his IPL career with IPL Champions, Gujarat Titans. He was bought by the Gujarat franchise in February, 2022.
