Herschelle Gibbs represented Western Province in domestic cricket for more than 14 years till 2004.

Furthermore, He represented Cape Cobras in 2005 in domestic cricket. He spent 7 years with the Cobras till 2012.

Moreover, Herschelle Gibbs also has couple of short stints in England. He played English county cricket for Glamorgan and Yorkshire for one season each. He was also a part of Northern Districts in New Zealand first-class domestic cricket format in 2010.
