According to the Kerala Blasters news, the marquee of Kerala Blasters Dimitar Berbatov spokes about his move to the ISL and also about the Kerala Blasters fan base.

In the recent past, the Kerala Blasters side added the Bulgarian international Dimitar Berbatov to their ranks for the upcoming season.

This season the Kerala Blasters side had appointed Rene Meulensteen as their new head coach so in this upcoming season he will work again with his former coach in the Kerala blasters.

Kerala Blaster news alludes The former Manchester United man added that his former coach Rene Meulensteen has played a vital role in his move to the Kerala Blasters.

The former Golden Boot winner said that: "The big factor was the coach. We spoke on the phone, and he explained that he would like to work with me again.  Knowing how he sees football, it was not a difficult decision to make.

Of course, the club was showing they want me very much, always speaking with my agent, treating us with respect, and this was enough to convince me that I need to take this challenge in this new league!"

The new supremo of Kerala blasters was an assistant coach of the legendary Sir Alex Ferguson when Berbatov was with the Red Devils and after that when Berbatov joined the Fulham side then he played his football under Rene in Fulham as well.

Berbatov remarked: "It's the third time we are going to work together, he knows me very well, he knows how I like to play football, what I need in training to feel good and to be in the best shape for my years. We won some trophies together so let's hope we can bring one to Kerala as well!"

In his golden days Berbatov plays alongside Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo in Manchester United and now in this upcoming ISL season, he will play side by side with  Iain Hume and CK Vineeth.
