Zidane Gives Update on the Injury That Cristiano Ronaldo Suffered in The El clasico

The El Classico between the Spanish giants Barcelona andReal Madrid ended in a 2-2 draw on Sunday, giving Barcelona the chance of ending the season as 'the Invincibles'.

Cristiano Ronaldo picked up a slight ankle strain while scoring the first goal which led to him getting substituted by Marco Asensioduring the interval.

The Los Blancos manager Zinedine Zidane seemed concerned with the situation, but after the game he said that the problem is not a major one.

Zidane said, "Ronaldo said it was something minor. We will look tomorrow and see what damage has been done, he is a little bit worried (about Kiev) but says it's something minor. Right now it's not good but I think it's minor. It's just the movement, tomorrow we'll see. He said it's minor.”

When asked about the final, Madrid boss said, "Champions League? We're going to do everything to make it."

Only time will tell the gravity of Ronaldo's injury as Madrid will face Liverpool in the Champions League final at Kiev next month.
