"In the time we were the best in the game, the referee expelled one from Kolkata and they tried to balance it by expelling one from Goa. I don’t know what is going on but in the three years I am here all the crucial goals are against us.  I am here to help Indian football development and not to earn money. If they want me here I can be here to help but if they don’t, I can pack my bags and leave":Zico narrated.

"It’s a good question and even I want to know that. You know that I am here and working. You know how I set up. I am doing everything right and nothing wrong, just playing football. I don’t know why all the wrong decisions go against us. Before I came here (to address the media), in the dressing room I asked my player if he gave an elbow on Hume. Raju (Gaikwad) told me that he did. In that situation if Raju was expelled I wouldn’t mind," said Zico.
