This season the Real Madrid ace Cristiano Ronaldo 7 was heavily linked with a move away from Santiago Bernabeu, but his club team-mate insists that he is very much happy at Madrid.

The Madrid fullback and their vice Captain Marcelo dismissed the claim that Cristiano Ronaldo is not happy at Real Madrid.

The 33-year-old Portuguese superstar has returned back in form prior the mouthwatering Champions League clash against PSG with a hat-trick against Real Sociedad, and banking on his hat-trick Real won their La Liga match against their counterpart by 5-2 goals.

But there were some rumors lurking in the air that the five times Ballon d’Or winner will join the French capital side PSG and the Brazilian wonder kid Neymar will move in the opposite direction.

Question asked to Marcelo about Ronaldo’s future at Madrid, Marcelo replied: "I don't think there is any truth to that; as if he was unhappy then he wouldn't be here.

"He does everything to help the team. He's a mature guy, who has a very strong squad around him at Real Madrid.

"I don't think he's unhappy. The world knows what he is capable of doing, just look at his history with the club.

"I don't think he can be dissatisfied."

This season so far Ronaldo has scored 23 goals for Madrid in his 28 appearances in all competitions.
