According to transfer News source, Chelsea is in talks with the Everton star Ross Barkley.

This season the English man did not appear in a single game for Everton after coming back from his injury, his contract left for six months with them.
In the last transfer window the Englishman came close to sign for Chelsea after both the clubs came to a negotiable fee of £35m, but at last, he opted out.

In the last transfer window along with Chelsea Tottenham was also interested to sign the attacker but now the Argentine manager of Tottenham has shifted his focus from him to some other targets.

Everton manager Sam Allardyce also admitted that they are expecting some bids for the Englishman in this January transfer window.

He said: "I would expect there would be sometime in this window if there is going to be any interest from some of the big boys,"
