According to the Bayern Munich news this season there was no formal move from the Serie A giants Inter Milan for the Chilean international.

According to the Chief executive of Bayern Munich Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, the Serie A side never made close season bid for the Bayern Munich midfielder Arturo Vidal.

This season the Italian giants take a step to reshape their squad for this season after they get a financial back up from the Chinese Group Suning Holdings.

Bayern Munich news confirmed that Inter Milan and Chelsea both were after the midfielder this season but the Bayern Chief Executive says that talk wide of the marks than formal offers.

He added: "Nobody asked us for him and there was never an official offer for him, not even this summer when the market was open,"

"So I cannot confirm Inter wanted him."

This season the Serie A giants have hired Luciano Spalletti as their head coach and they have acquired Milan Skriniar, Borja Valero, Matias Vecino,

Dalbert, Joao Cancelo and Yann Karamoh for the 2017-18 squad, also they managed to prevent Perisic’s move to the Manchester United this season as well.
