Football News: The five times Ballon d’Or winner says it was easy decision for him to leave Madrid for the Serie A giants Juventus.
This season Ronaldo left Madrid and joined Juventus for £105m.
He has spent nine wonderful years a Santiago Bernabeu and in these years he has won four Champions league gong with them and now joined Juventus.
The Prolific attacker reveals about his astonishment at the reception when being he unveiled at the club’s stadium and he also says that he has high hopes for Turin club.
In an interview the 33 year old voiced: "I never expected to play in this team, but some things happen naturally, for me it was an easy decision, what was done in Madrid is incredible, I won everything, my family lives there, but it's part of the past.
"The small details make the big difference at the end of the day so. I would say what I saw in the stadium helped. And, of course, when the people start to applaud me in the stadium I was like: 'Wow'.
"It surprised me a lot because this has never happened in my life, so it was an unbelievable moment."
Ronaldo who played pivotal part in each of Madrid’s Champions league success is determined to play the similar role for Juventus in this season.
In 1996 Juventus won the last Champions league trophy, after that they played five finals but lost all of them.
Ronaldo added: "I want to try to write the story in this club,"
"I want to win the Champions League with Juventus and we will do everything to win it.
"We'll focus on that, with my teammates, but without obsessing over it. We'll go step-by-step and then we'll see, if it's this year, next year or the year after that."
