The 42 year old football pundit and former Manchester United youth player thinks that this season his boyhood club will finish above  Manchester City in the EPL table.

The Football Pundit Robbie savage has been impressed the way Manchester United performed in their last few matches and on the other hand their City Rivals Manchester City lost their two games in their three matches.

The Former Manchester United youth player Robbie Savage was impressed by seeing Manchester United’s performance against Crystal Palace in their last encounter where they won the match by 2-1.

This season the Manchester City has started their season brilliantly under their new boss Pep Guardiola but now Guardiola and his team is Struggling in the EPL in their last three matches they suffered two defeats form their opponents.

Now the Manchester City is sitting at the fourth position with 33 points after 16 matches and the Manchester United side is sitting at the sixth position with 27 points and Savage thinks that Manchester United will trough past them within few days.

In his column on the Mirror he wrote that: "On current form in the battle to rule Manchester, Jose Mourinho looks like a man on the march while Pep Guardiola is only shuffling,"

I have been far more impressed with Manchester United over the last six weeks than with Man City, who have stalled after making such an impressive start in the Premier League."

He expressed: "I tipped United to win the title back in August. Sadly that is going to be beyond them, because the 13-point gap to Chelsea at the top is too much to make up.

"But as I also said in this column last week, I think the worst is over for Mourinho at Old Trafford now.

"Of all the top-four contenders, they look most capable of stringing together a run of six or seven wins. The table doesn’t lie, and United may not win the title – but I still think they will finish above City."
