The 65 year old Italian manager thinks that most of the Leicester City players still respect him, but some of them have an issue with him.

Ranieri said that his dream is dead and also thanks the Leicester City management after sacking him.

On this Thursday night the Leicester City sacked him from his post as this season they are sitting at the 17th spot on the table and struggling to find their way to be there in the first division but last season under him they have achieved the EPL Silverware.

After his dismissal Renieri express an emotional statement.

The Italian manager expresses his desire that he wishes to stay with Leicester City at least less than 300 days after winning the major Trophy with them.

The Italian expresses his gratitude towards the Journalists and Leicester Fans.

He said that: "After the euphoria of last season and being crowned Premier League champions, all I dreamt of was staying with Leicester City, the club I love, for always. Sadly this was not to be.

"I wish to thank my wife Rosanna and all my family for their never ending support during my time at Leicester.

"My thanks go to Paolo and Andrea who accompanied me on this wonderful journey. To Steve Kutner and Franco Granello for bringing me the opportunity to become a champion.

"Mostly I have to thank Leicester City Football Club. The adventure was amazing and will live with me forever."

Under him Leicester City’s performance has degraded this year and some of the players are not happy with it, but he still believes that most of the Players still have respect for him.
