Pogba has more to give Manchester United: Matic

In Manchester United’s last encounter the French international scored two goals for the Red Devils on the Boxing day against Huddersfield  and now it looks like a player reborn in United after the dismissal of Mourinho.

According to the Nemanja Matic the French International’s confidence is growing day by day and he remains central for United’s hopes in this season.

Manchester United won their last fixture with flying colors against Huddersfield by 3-1 goals, and now under their new interim manager they are on a revival stage, and pogba appears too broken out of his shackles that have been imposed on him during the regime of Mourinho.

Pogba’s relationship with the Portuguese gets disintegrated after the special one referred him as a virus in the team after their 2-2 draw against Southampton.

But after last day’s match the French man publicly thanked the special one for helping him to improve his game, and Matic feels there is more to come from the club’s record signing after his recent uplift in the form.

Matic says: “As I’ve said in previous interviews about him, he’s very important for us,”

“When he plays at his best, he can make the difference in every game. He played very well [against Huddersfield] but I think that he can do even more.

“Slowly, game-by-game [he is doing better] and it’s very important for him to score some goals. The confidence for the next game is going to be better and he needs to know that he still can improve. He needs to know that he’s very important for this team.”

Manchester United scored eight goals in their last two matches and the new Norwegian manager has re discover the attacking verve in the squad that has been absent since the club won the premier league in 2013.
