OFFICIAL: VALENCIA SIGNED MONTOYA FOR FOUR YEARS

Martin Montoya landed in Valencia on a four-year deal after Barcelona decided to cancel his contract before two years. Barcelona stabled their  €50 million after signing of Andre Gomes, the Valencia game-changer last week.

 

 Cristian Tello, the Barca winger is also connected with a move to Mestalla.
Montoya played 67 games in five seasons for Barca’s first team. He led his team to win La Liga for three times with two Copa del Rey crowns and one Champions League. He gained a 10th-place finish in the first season of La Liga at Real Betis in 13 games.

 

“Valencia first expressed their interest in me a few months ago. They are a big club, an historic club and I decided to come here, we are going to try to get the club back into the Champions League, which is where they belong.
