OFFICIAL: MANCHESTER UNITED FORWARD JOINS SUNDERLAND ON LOAN

Sunderland A.F.C has recently announced that they have brought in the Manchester United forward Adnan Januzaj on a season-long loan.

After having an unsuccessful loan move to the German club Borussia Dortmund last season, Adnan is looking forward for his another loan move to Sunderland.

The 21-year-old Belgium forward has started his career in FC Brussels, then he joined Anderlecht in 2005 and after five years at Anderlecht youth academy, he moved to Manchester United in 2011.

Adnan Januzaj made his debut for United in 2013 and played with the United’s first team till 2015, where he scored only five goals in his 50 appearances. After his poor performances, the club loaned him to the German club Borussia Dortmund in 2015 where he made only 6 appearances and returned to the Old Trafford without scoring any goal.

Now he is moving to the Sunderland A.F.C on loan for the upcoming season of the Premier League.

Sunderland boss David Moyes believes that Adnan Januzaj is a quality player. Moyes thinks he can get Adnan back to the level he played in two years ago.

In an interview David Moyes said, “Adnan will give us a different variation,"

"I have to get him back to the level he played at two years ago – he will get every opportunity to do the business. I'm hoping the Sunderland fans will see the real Adnan Januzaj."
