OFFICIAL: INTER MILAN SIGNS THE PORTUGUESE MIDFIELDER JOAO MARIO

The Serie A side club Inter Milan has recently announced their new signing of the Portuguese midfielder Joao Mario from the Sporting Clube de Portugal.

 

Young and talented midfielder Joao Mario, who was part of Portugal's Euro 2016-winning side this summer was the top target of the Italian giants Inter Milan and also become the most expensive Portuguese player ever sold by a Portuguese club beating the Sporting's records of Cristiano Ronaldo with £12.24m and Nani with £25m to the Premier League giant Manchester United.

The 23-years-old midfielder has already made 109 club appearances with 14 goals and 18 international appearances with one Euro 2016 title as recently Mario helped his national side to beat the host team France to win the UEFA Euro 2016 tournament.

And now the versatile midfielder Joao Mario is all set to wear the inter T-shirt for the 2016/17 session,

As the Italian giant Inter Milan has recently announced their new signing on twitter stating that,

“OFFICIAL: @joaome17 is an #Inter player! He'll be at the Meazza tonight.”

After the signing the Inter club owner Erick Thohir said,

“We are delighted to have Joao Mario at Inter. He is a top player and we had been tracking him for a long time.

"He will further reinforce what is already a very strong squad." He added.
