According to the latest report the Premier League giant Manchester City has told the Spanish champions FC Barcelona that they are ready to pay £100million to sign Lionel Messi.

But an international colleague of the FC Barcelona superstar Carlos Tevez says a delay in the penning of fresh terms in Catalonia is a matter of the heart, not money, as Carlos Tevez is confident that the Argentine ace Lionel Messi will commit his future to Barcelona, but also admits Newell’s Old Boys the only side that could lure him away from Camp Nou.
