The 20-year-old young Arsenal forward Alex Iwobi, who has scored two goals in his 23 appearances for Arsenal and recently the hotshot, has scored his first ever Champions League goal on Tuesday night and it was assisted by the German playmaker Mesut Ozil, which has made him to call the German and Arsenal’s star as his boss.
As in an interview with The Guardian,
Alex Iwobi said,
"I have to call him [Ozil] ‘my boss’ because he assisted me,”
The Arsenal hotshot also reflected on his rise to prominance and his impressive Arsenal career to date, saying,
"Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”
"When I sit down and actually think about what I have done, to score in the Under-19s a year ago and then to score my first Champions League goal for the senior team is mad."
