The former Mainz coach avouched that the former Dortmund manager Klopp wants to manage Manchester United rather than Liverpool.
Manchester United news confirms that the Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp wants to be the coach of Manchester United side before the opportunity of Liverpool came to him.
In October 2015 the German Manager was appointed by the Liverpool side after Liverpool sacked Brendan Rodgers from his post.
Eckhard Krautzun Klopps’ predecessor at Mainz says that once Klopp wishes to be the Manager of the Red Devils Rather than the Reds.
Krautzun said: “It would be his dream to go to England one day and his favourite club would be [Manchester] United. That’s what he said.”
Manchester United news also says that Klopp also discussed his role about this role to the former Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson at Old Trafford after Sir Alex Ferguson takes the decision to step from his role.
He added: “I said, ‘Jurgen Klopp, if he goes abroad, if he goes to England, his love would be Manchester United’.”
The former Scot Sir Alex Ferguson was also said to be the admirer of the German coach Klopp but he ended up being a manager of Liverpool in October 2015.
The former Mainz boss elucidated: “After three or four months not working, I knew that he wanted to be in action again…when the offer came from Liverpool [that October], I knew he would not hesitate because he wanted to get into a top club in England,”
