LINGARD: IBRAHIMOVIC HELPING TO NURTURE MAN UTD YOUTH

The 23 year old Englishman has called the Swedish man as a teacher and saying that the 34 year old is nurturing them and passing some lessons to him, Marcos Rashford and Paul Pogba in training and to help acuminate their skill.

Jesse Lingard has praise Zalatan Ibrahimovic for nurturing the young stars under his wing.

The Swedish has joined the Red Devils in the summer transfer window this July form PSG, and he settled quickly here.

The 34 year old has netted five goals in nine appearances in all competitions.

Marcos Rashford claims that the former Sweden international is evading the growth of the club’s youngster, has been dashed by the Lingard, he also says that the Swedish man also has something to teach them.

"He's been a leader for the team, especially when the captain's not playing," he said. "He's stepped up and he's really led the team.

"Obviously the young lads look up to him and most of the older ones do as well. When you see the things he's done in his career [you can't help but be impressed]."

"He helps the young lads a lot. Especially me, Marcus and Paul Pogba. He's always there for us and always there for the team."

Lingard also accolade for Wayen Rooney, though Jose Mourinho has been dropped him for the last weekend match against Leicester City.

Lingard thinks that: "Wayne's a top-class player and has won plenty for Man United," added the midfielder.

"The manager changed the dynamic against Leicester and we did well but it's important we stay together.

"He's an advisor, a leader, he always gave me advice as I was breaking through and he's done the same with Marcus and Tim Fosu-Mensah.

"I think he's never going to change, [he will be] the same leader, [with] that aggression he's got. But like anyone he's got to bounce back and I think he'll do that."
