The Blues boss thinks that the gunner’s manager is doing a good job in the Emirates Stadium, saying that regularly finishing in the top four is not a easy job.


Chelsea boss Antonio Conte warned the Arsenal fans that they are doing mistake by not appreciating their manager’s hard work they he is putting in for the team.


The 66 years old Frenchman was doing a great job for the gunners and his works  has often divides the fans, many of the fans posted that they don’t want him with them ,and about  running of  this club.


Te former Italian manager told to the reporters: I think Wenger is doing a good job. But it is normal that when you fight for the title every year, the fans want you to win it [at least once].


"But I would say that every year to stay up there [in the top four] it is not easy. I think Wenger is doing a good job with young players and when you see Arsenal, you can see good football.


"You must look to your manager who works every day; I think you must value him for his job, for his work. If you judge a manager only on whether he wins or loses, you make a big mistake.



"He has a great reputation and I played against him, but I was a footballer [not a manager] and it was fantastic. I remember the game in Turin against Arsenal – we won 1-0 and got to the next stage of the Champions League."


The Italian also discuss about the Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola and believes Manchester has done a great job to hire him as a manager and they have many Spanish players in their squad so his transition to premier  league was easy.


He added: "I think that Manchester City are playing similar football to what they played in the past. You have to see what type of tactical situation you find [yourself facing when you arrive in the job].
