The Spurs, who are currently standing 5th in the Premier League table with 36 points in their 18 league games and reportedly the Spurs are looking for talent that can take them from league title also runs into league title contenders. Has Mauricio Pochettino found his man at Real Madrid?
Yes, it seems like the 44-year-old Argentine man Mauricio Pochettino, who is currently managing the Premier League giant Tottenham Hotspur is very much interested to sign the young Spaniard and Real Madrid’s playmaker Isco.
As reported by The Daily Mirror, Tottenham Hotspur are still very much interested in signing Real Madrid’s midfield superstar Isco.
The 24-year-old Spanish international Isco has already scored 17 goals in his 109 appearances for the Spanish giant Real Madrid, since he joined the club in 2013 from Malaga with a reported clause fee of €30 million.
And the midfielder has also contributed well to the Zinedine Zidane side this season as he has already scored 3 goals with providing 3 assists for Madrid across his 14 appearances in all competitions, which is not a bad return for a midfielder not entrusted to be the main provider for the side.
But the former Malaga’s star midfielder Isco hasn’t been a Madrid regular this season, making only 8 La Liga starts and a further 4 appearances of the bench and most importantly Isco has played an entire 90 minutes just twice.
Now why a player of his quality is too good to waste his career on the bench? So a move to the White Hart Lane is the best option for him and the Spurs would almost guarantee regular football, if not the opportunity to be the man the team is built around.
This means that a move to the Premier League giant Tottenham Hotspur could be on.
