INDIAN SUPER LEAGUE: KERALA BLASTERS CONTINUED TO REMAIN UNBEATEN IN THEIR PRE-SEASON MATCHES

The Kerala based and the Sachin Tendulkar co-owned ISL franchise Kerala Blasters has played another unbeaten pre-season match against the CFL (Calcutta Football League) club Southern Samity.

 

As the Calcutta side club took the early lead by 1-0 but the Steve Coppell’s boys has come back from behind to equalize the score by 1-1.

The Sachin Tendulkar co-owned ISL franchise had just returned from their Thailand pre-season tour and currently training in Kolkata under the coaching of their new English coach Steve Coppell, where they played another pre-season match against the CFL side Southern Samity at the Mohun Bagan Ground, on Friday, 23rd September. The match ended up with1-1 level score.

The start was not that good for the Kerala Blasters as Torres scored the early 15 min. goal for Southern Samity and took the lead by 1-0 but the Yellow and Blues came back strongly and Farukh Chaudhary equalize the score for the Blasters as he got the effective assist from the Haitian forward Kervens Belfort in 20th min.

The Sachin Tendulkar co-owned franchise Kerala Blaster will kick start their season of the Indian Super League season 3 with an away match against the Highlanders Northeast United F.C. on 1 0ct. 2016 in Guwahati.
