The 47 year old Chelsea manager says that chagrin the charging form in his time as a player of Juventus is a sign that this year his crew will face some hard time and it will not be that easy to win the title.

The Italian manager wants his player to be focused as he has experience some bitter moments as a player.

Last night his team thrashed the opponent Arsenal team by 3-1 goal and they are twelve points clear form the second spot and also last night the Reds Liverpool lost their match against Hull City.

The former Juventus player has experience the conquest and the Disappointment as a player.

As a Juventus player he has faced defeats back in 1997 and in 2003 against Borussia Dortmund and against AC Milan,

But in 1996 against Ajax the Juvetues crowed the Champions league winners by spot kicks.

The Blues boss voiced: "We haven't won the title. It is important to know this and to keep our antenna very high,"

"In my career as a footballer I won a lot but I lost a lot. When you have got to three finals of the Champions League and you win only one, I think you have a great hunger.

"Also, during my experience as a footballer, I won a title with eight points more before four games at the end. Another time I lost in the same way.

"For this reason I feel I have a bit of experience to manage this situation."

This season the Blues are having a wonderful run but the club captain John Terry could was still in the benches and in their last game ha was there in the bench,

About this when question was asked to the Chelsea manager he added:

"Yes, but I want to underline that our captain is John Terry,"

"John is our captain, is doing the captaincy very well and is helping me a lot – not only me, but his team-mates.

"His behaviour is fantastic. Gary is vice-captain and now he is captain on the pitch when John doesn't play. Cahill I think is playing very well and he is showing all his quality. He is a really good defender

"I am happy for him and for his performance. Now it is important because the championship did not finish today."
