The former Sweden international Zlatan Ibrahimovic is currently playing for Manchester United and is currently enjoying a wonderful season with the Red Devils and also become United's key player this season, scoring 26 goals in all competitions after signing on a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain last summer.
But the Manchester United star Ibrahimovic yet to put pen to paper on a 12-month extension to his contract at Old Trafford amid interest from Major League Soccer in America, as the previous reports says that LA Galaxy also interested in his services.
And the Portuguese man Jose Mourinho has recently insisted that if the Swede star wants to leave he will not stand in his way.
As Mourinho told Sky Sports, “I am just calm and waiting for the decision,”
“If the decision is for him to stay and he is happy with that, we are delighted with that."
"If his decision is to leave and try to find a different challenge, I will be also happy for him.”
Mourinho also made it clear that if Ibrahimovic wants to leave for family reasons, then 'human' considerations will come above football ones.
“He is [a big part of our success this season], but the human being is more important than the player and the team,”
“If his decision is to leave and try to be happy with his family and have a different reality, so be it.” Mourinho stated.
