The England international Dele Alli, who is currently playing for the Premier League giant Tottenham Hotspur is now a target for both of La Liga's leading clubs, although it is reported that it will take £70m to see him leave White Hart Lane.
The Spurs has been regularly linked with a move to the Spanish giant Real Madrid over recent weeks, with his star continuing to rise at White Hart Lane.
But, the Tottenham legend and former Argentina international Ossie Ardiles is not surprised with the Dele Alli’s transfer reports and he believes Dele Alli is emerging as a prime target for LaLiga giants Real Madrid and Barcelona.
The 20-year-old England playmaker Dele Alli, who has already appeared 15 times for the England national team with scoring two goals and already scored more than 20 goals for the Premier League giant Tottenham Hotspur is now the major target of the la-liga giants Real Madrid rival and the league champions FC Barcelona along with the Premier league side club Chelsea.
And according to a FA Cup, UEFA Cup winner with Tottenham and World Cup winner with the Argentina national team, Ossie Ardiles, he would be trying to sign the English midfielder if he were manager of the two European giants.
As Ardiles said in an interview with Sky Sports,
"Success breeds success, and a lot of our players are starting to demand interest from different clubs,"
"Real Madrid and Barcelona are going to be interested and I would say Dele Alli is the prime suspect right now.”
"Everyone wants him, and if I was the manager of Real Madrid and Barcelona, I would want him. He is a wonderful player and very young.”
"It's very important that we win something, last season was brilliant and we finished third, qualified for the Champions League. But we need to win something like the FA Cup, the Europa League, or of course the major trophy in the Premier League.”
"If we win it will be a lot easier to keep everybody, but if we don't there's no reason why not. We can wait another year and all these players have long contracts as well, so hopefully they will stay with us."
