The 22 year old polish midfielder of Napoli dropped a bombshell before their match against Real Madrid by admitting that Real Madrid side is his favorite club.
The polish player says that the Spanish giants Real Madrid is his childhood favorite club, he reveals this before their clash against Real Madrid in the Champions league round of 16.
In this Wednesday the Serie A outfit will travel to the Spanish capital and they will play a FOOTBALL MATCH against Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu,
The polish international admitted that he is a huge fan of Real Madrid side and Zidane is his idol.
In that match the 22 year old is looking to meet his idol, but also says that he will forget about his childhood club and about his idol when the match kicks off.
In a interview he added: “Napoli can beat Real Madrid because we too are a big club with many champions,"
"I'll be honest, I used to support Real Madrid as a child and Zidane was my idol. It'll be an honour to meet him, but that's not the issue.
“Napoli want to win and we are going there to play our game. I don't care what they do, it's all about what we can do. It'll be a dream, my first time at the Bernabeu, but once I'm on the pitch, I won't think about it anymore."
The Napoli captain Marek Hamsik says that he and his team will play any different against the Real Madrid side and they will be there to show their strong dominance in the Champions league.
Hamsik knows that Real Madrid is a hard obstacle to overcome, but he is confident that they can put up a good performance against them and they can please their away fans inMadrid.
He added: “We are facing one of the best teams in the world and the number of trophies they’ve won says it all,”
“However, we are just looking at this single Champions League tie that we’re going into. We want to play our style of football and to delight our fans.”
