I League- Mohun Bagan and East Bengal played their maiden practice match of this season.

The much talked about and the most popular clubs of the I-League kicked off their maiden practice match yesterday where East Bengal players came up with some quality performance and Mohan Bagan players were not that much sharper in the friendlies.

As the statistics say East Bengal was on for a practice match with their junior team at the Howrah stadium and got over it quite comfortably by scoring 3 goals and allowing the junior team to net the bowl just once and won the match convincingly at 3-1. Do Dong Hyun the South Korean attacker scored a hat-trick and giving away his chief coach Trevor James Morgan  a sense of relief.

While on the other hand Mohun Bagan also kicked off this season with a practice match and lost the match 2-0 against Peerless a Calcutta league based club and all this happened on Tuesday.
Both the clubs will play a handy number of friendlies before the season starts.
