I AM READY TO PLAY AS A NO.10 FOR MANCHESTER UNITED: MARCUS RASHFORD

The England international and the hotshot of Manchester United Marcus Rashford has recently revealed that he can be the United’s no. 10 and also admits that he can still play the no. 10 role for United if he need to.

The 18-years-old Marcus Rashford who has already scored seven goals in his 14 appearances for the Premier League giant Manchester United play as a winger or forward for the Red Devils and recently helped Mourinho’ s side to win against Hull City by scoring the last minute goal.

But the Portugal man and the new boss of Manchester United Jose Mourinho has faced three consecutive defeats in the Premier League and also the United’s no. 10 Wayne Rooney has failed to make an impact this season with Mourinho and the report says Mourinho is ready to drop the struggling captain and the no. 10 of Manchester United.

On the other side, it seems like the starlet of the Old Trafford Marcus Rashford is indicating his willingness to take on Rooney’s responsibility as a creator-in-chief for Manchester United.

As Rashford said in an interview,

"I don't regret playing in the No.10 role because it means now I can still play there if I need to,”

"[Playing as] No.10, on both wings and up front as well. It means I have more in my armoury when it comes to the matches.

"I used to look up to players who would dribble at people, creating chances, scoring too.

"But the type of the player I want to be now is different to the type of player I wanted to be then.” Rashford concluded.
