Antoine Griezmann disclosed about offers being made to him and his personal feelings
Griezmann said that he was proposed to leave Atletico Madrid before the end of transfer season but denied it as he wanted to stay in the club and did not seek to move from it.
The France international is being considered as one of the breathtaking players in the club, suffered two major injuries in finals but did not let his team to go away. His performance in 2015-16 session was outstanding where he netted 32 goals in total of all matches he played for Madrid before landing on France at Euro 2016 where he scored six goals and the team reached the finals.
Reports say that the attacker had offers from many Premiere League clubs and La Liga. Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain too offered him a place in their team but he denied all the offers.
"I have always been clear with my agents: I have no intention of leaving Atletico, Cholo [Simeone] or my team-mates," told Griezmann to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
"Yes, people came calling but I never listened.
"I really want and hope to win something with Atletico."
And Griezmann has also vowed to bounce back from defeats in the finals of both the Champions League and Euro 2016.
"It was a very good year for me both personally and as part of the team, despite losing in two finals,"
