Gigs believe in this upcoming transfer window Manchester United will try to bucket few players in their squad and he also believes Manchester United can go for Alexis Sanchez.

He feels that in the next season Manchester United side will scout 4 to5 new players in their squad.

Next season united side will face a huge pressure by their fans to mount a premier league challenge, after spending so much in this campaign.

In an interview, Gigs said: “He needs to replace Michael Carrick.

“[Zlatan] Ibrahimovic is going to be out for a year. I think he needs a centre forward.

“Don’t know what’s going to happen with Wayne [Rooney].

“I think he probably needs four or five players.”

While there is still uncertainty is there about Zlatan’s future but if he won’t sign a new deal with them to replace him they have scouted Antoine Griezmann, Andrea Belotti and Romelu Lukaku so far.

Giggs voiced: "Jose Mourinho bought [Zlatan] Ibrahimovic because he is a winner.

"He'd won everywhere he'd gone. Not only the effect on the pitch but off the pitch as well.

"You can just feel that Sanchez would give his team-mates a lift."

Giggs also thinks Sanchez can be an ideal signing for them as the Arsenal man’s contract will expire in the year of 2018 so after this season there is a possibility of him to join the Manchester United side.
