All India Football Federation General Secretary Mr. Kushal Das have recently admitted in an interview that the first ever FIFA World Cup to be hosted by India, “the FIFA U-17 World Cup 2017 India” will be a game changer for Indian Football.
With less than a year left for India to host its first ever FIFA World Cup — the FIFA U-17 World Cup India 2017, the All India Football Federation is organizing three scouting camps to find out more talented Players ahead of the ensuing FIFA U-17 World Cup India 2017, under the Director of AIFF, Abhishek Yadav.
The AIFF is also on track with the infrastructure up gradation for the historic event for Indian football.
The AIFF General Secretary Kushal Das expect the FIFA U 17 World Cup to be a game changer for Indian football.

As Kushal Das admitted in an interview with soccerex.com,
“We expect the FIFA U 17 World Cup to be a game changer for Indian football. We are on track with the infrastructure upgradation for the event as well as preparing the team.”
“The World Cup is a 23 day event and it is critical that we create a legacy to popularise football amongst the youth in India”
“Recently FIFA did an inspection visit at the various venues and expressed their satisfaction and have ratified all the 6 venues.” Mr. Das expressed.
And when Mr. Das has been asked about the Indian U-17 World Cup Squad,
“After a 2 month exposure trip in Europe, they played 3 competitive tournaments against the likes of the national teams of USA, South Korea Brazil, Russia and Iran and performed competitively. They are playing more tournaments in Brazil and Russia in the next 2-3 months” He concluded.
