DRAW WOULD HAVE BEEN A FAIR RESULT OVER 90 MINUTES: CHRISTIAN FUCHS

After the loss against Manchester United, Leicester City’s left back Christian Fuchs believes that they didn’t deserve to lose to United.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s last minute header helped United to record a win against the Premier League champion, after the equalizer by Leicester City’s forward Jamie Vardy.

The 30-year-old Austrian left back believed that they had more chance than United and they gave their 100% to make it to a goal, but unfortunately Ibrahimovic’s 83 minute header took the game in favor of Manchester United.

In an interview Christian Fuchs said, “I think it was a good performance and we had our chances, a couple more chances than United," he said

"We didn't give away many chances. Unfortunately, they had Ibrahimovic who can score something out of nothing. Well done to them.

"I think a draw would have been fair over 90 minutes. After we conceded the second goal, then we still had a very good chance just before the end of the game. We can live with that because we showed a good performance and we are ready for the Premier League."

At last he congratulated the whole united team and said we are looking forward to the coming season of the Premier League.
