DELHI DYNAMOS LANDED FLORENT MALOUDA AS MARQUEE PLAYER IN THE CLUB

Indian Super League: Former Chelsea star player Florent Malouda signed in Delhi Dynamos as marquee player for the upcoming season of ISL

 

 

Malouda returned to the team as confirmed by Delhi Dynamos to take the former Chelsea game-changer in the team as marquee player. The player collected 80 international caps and was awarded with the medal of UEFA Champions League in 2012.

 

Malouda showed his talent in Egyptian Premier League (EPL) side Wadi and will be joining England side soon as the team is on practice for their pre-season. The Dynamos signed him as they knew his experience will help the squad a lot for the approaching league. The Delhi boys will be playing against English Premier League (EPL) side West Bromwich Albion a friendly match the coming week where fans expecting Malouda to show himself in the game.

 

“I am very excited to be back in India. It was a wonderful experience for me to play in the league last year and enjoyed it a lot. It was for the first time that I played outside Europe and to be honest I enjoyed it a lot" expressed the former Chelsea player.

“We had a very good squad last season and it was sad that we had to bow out of the tournament in the semis. It’s a different squad this year, I hope that we can build on what we achieved last season and together aim to lift the trophy this season.”

“I have played against the Coach (Gianluca Zambrotta) back in the 2006 World Cup finals and I am well versed with his style of attacking football. I strongly believe we will be a force to reckon with in this season of the Indian Super League” he added.
