After Antonio Conte’s appointment as a coach at Chelsea and being benched in the first Premier League match of Chelsea, recently the Spanish and Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fàbregas has expressed his desire to join the Spanish giant Real Madrid as Fabregas believes that he is not included in Conte’s future plan at City.
But Fabregas move to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium is looking complicated as the manager of Real Madrid Zinedine Zidane expressed that he is happy with the players he has got but it’s difficult to sign in another midfielder when there are already Luka Modric, Toni Kroos, James Rodriguez and Casemiro controlling the midfield area for the club.
After the friendly victory against Reims, when Zidane has been asked about his thought regarding Cesc Fàbregas signing,
Zizou said, “If you want to put another central midfielder into the mix then it becomes complicated. Cesc is a great player but it is not very straightforward,"
"I am going to end up with a squad where three or four players do not get selected.
"To put another player in there makes it difficult."
"Regardless of what happens, I hope to be here in a year's time and I'll say the same thing. I'm happy with the players I've got, these same players won the Champions League."What I want us to do is to work hard all year round, because you don't just win things because you're Real Madrid. You have to work and that's all I want from the players." He added.
