Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger to recruite new players in his team
Wenger is very much assured that he will be signing new players as Shkodran Mustafi and Lucas Perez agreed on deals with the club and will be travelling to London to be a subject of medical.
Arsenal made offers to the duo of €40million and €20million respectively which the players agreed to. These two new players Mustafi and Parez might replace Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Calum Chambers as they may depart from the club on loan. Wenger too said that he is not interested in selling these players.
“We are working on the deals, but we are not close enough to announce today," said Wenger.
“Will we sign anyone before the window closes? I’m 99 per cent confident.”
“It was a strange transfer market, I expected it to be easier than ever, but it has been more difficult than ever.
“It looks like it will be frenetic in the last three days, everyone has sat on their money but we know they will all splash out now.”
“We have a big squad, we cannot have more players anyway," concluded the boss.
