1. Instead of buying one player, build a team

Barcelona is one such time which was known for their policy of building a team from their youth academy. However in the past few years they have started buying star players.
Especially in the last couple of years, the Catalan side has made some questionable buys. The likes of Dembele, Philippe Coutinho (who is currently loaned to Bayern Munich) and Griezmann have all cost well over €100 million.
Even they paid quite a huge sum to Ajax for Frankie de Jong. However buying players has never been the Barcelona way. They have always build a team and that policy had served them well from 2008 to 2015. They should once again give chance to players from La Masia and build from the scratch.
