Ronaldo has only three UCL titles not five: Atletico president

In the recent past the former Madrid man Cristiano Ronaldo made a point of making the locals that how many Champions league trophy he has in his cabinet on his return to Madrid on this Wednesday.

Ronaldo indicates the Number of European trophies he has.

On this Wednesday Cristiano Ronaldo taunted the Ateltico Madrid fans  on his first return to Spanish capital with the Italian side Juventus, but the Atletico Madrid president told that he has won three not five.

The 34 year old winger who has spent nine years at Madrid before leaving them in the last transfer window for Italy was back in his homely surroundings in this midweek, and in Spanish capital he made his first visit to his former city rivals Ateltico Madrid at  Wanda Metropolitano for the first leg of Champions league round of 16.

On his time with Madrid he strike many damages to Ateltico Madrid, but on his recent outing he drew blank against them as a result his new team Juventus bites the dust against  Ateltico Madrid by 2-0 goals.

On his comeback he has took plenty of abuse from the stands for the 90 minutes and in return he made the crowd understands how many European Silverware he has in his bucket.

After the match he also boomed at those: “I have five Champions Leagues, you [Atletico] have none.”

Two of his Champions league success has came against the Ateltico Madrid in 2014 and in 2016, and he was one of the main sand out performer for Madrid in that triumph over Ateltico Madrid but the Ateltico  president sought to inform that he was not the influential factor behind that victory.

The Ateltico president voiced: “A small clarification is that Cristiano Ronaldo has not won five Champions Leagues at all, but only three. The remaining two against Atletico, he did not really win them.

“Who won those two finals? I will tell you in the next interview.”
