PSG and Chelsea re in a battle for Zenit star

Chelsea is facing a competition from the French champions to sign the Argentine midfielder from Zenit, but the more crucial issue maybe the Club’s valuation.

PSG and Chelsea are battling neck to neck for Leandro Parades.

The Argentine star is desperate to get a move to either Chelsea or to PSG, he has agreed with the terms of both the clubs but the Russian giants are stood firm on a fee around  €40m (£36m/$46m).

The French capital side have long held on the Zenit man, and Chelsea join the race on this month after Cesc Fabregas left the Stamford Bridge side and joined the French side Monaco.

Chelsea is offering €30m for the 24 year old midfielder but the Russian club is rigid to let him go less than €40m.
