This season Lionel Messi is in peerless form for the Catalan giants, so fat he has scored 34 goals for them in all competitions. Three of that 34 goals he scored against Chelsea in the Champions League round of 16, where Barcelona thrashed their counterpart by 4-1 aggregate over the two legs.

In an interview, the Argentine star says that he has given his attention to the other side of his game in the recent years.

Messi said: "Before, I tried to steal the ball and make my play,"

"Now, I try to make the team play more, pass the ball more and not be so defining or selfish.

"I try to move the team from another position. I run the same as I always did, but in a different way."

Now Barcelona will play against Athletico Bilbao on this Sunday in La Liga, and in the Champions League, they will face Serie A giants Roma.
