The Barcelona president avouched that PSG must pay the full release clause for their Brazilian attacker.


Josep Maria Bartomeu the club president Said that Neymar will not leave Barcelona until   PSG  paid €222 million to them.

Bartomeu also suggested that PSG could find themselves in danger of flouting UEFA's Financial Fair Play restrictions if they pursue the transfer.

"UEFA has Fair Play controls and if any club exceeds them, they will be punished,"
