Indian skipper and currently the best cricketer of the world Virat Kohli is married to Anushka Sharma. Kohli tied the knots with the Bollywood actress in Italy in December 2017. Since then they are leading a very happy married life.

But prior to their marriage, there were many rumors regarding Kohli’s relation. Many renowned faces of the Indian film industry were linked with the glamorous cricketer. One of those names was actress Tamannaah Bhatia.

The 29-year-old actress has given some renowned films like Ayan, Paiyaa, Veeram, Baahubali: The Beginning, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion. Both Kohli and Bhatia met each other during a phone commercial way back in 2012. After the ad was casted on television, talks about their relation sparked.

Tamannaah praises highly about Virat

Since the rumors spread no one had spoken anything about it. But after seven long years finally Tamannaah revealed the whereabouts of their relation. In a recent chat show with Famously Filmfare, Tamannaah shared her thoughts about the 30-year-old cricketer. She said:

I think we spoke four words during the ad film, that’s it. After that, I’ve never met or spoken to Virat. But, I must say he was better than most of the actors we work with. And it was quite intimidating

Regarding their professional lives, Tamannaah will next feature in movies like That Is Mahalakshmi, Devi 2, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, Khamoshi and many others. On the other hand Kohli is tasked with leading the ODI contingent against the Aussies in the five-match ODI series.

The series is scheduled to begin on Saturday, March 2 at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. In the recently concluded T20I series against the same opposition, Kohli had a decent outing.

He couldn’t deliver in the first game, but came back and scored a half-century in the second game at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore. Although it became fruitless as the Aussies won both the matches and won the series 2-0. The Men in Blue will be keen to turn their fortunes around in the upcoming 50-overs series.
