On Thursday, Royal Challengers Bangalore had a forgetful night after they lost a close game against Mumbai Indians. They game was a second consecutive defeat for RCB in this year’s IPL.
The six-runs lost game also saw a huge controversy at the end. Umpire S Ravi failed to detect a huge no-ball of Lasith Malinga in the final delivery of the game. This as a result denied a free-hit to Kohli’s men where the outcome of the game could have changed.
Kohli slammed the umpires in the post-match presentation. He said that they are playing IPL and not any club cricket. Even opposite skipper Rohit Sharma was also displeased with the umpiring. However it seemed short-lived as Kohli, ABD and Yuzi Chahal were seen performing a dance for a commercial.

The trio had a good game than the others and were perhaps in a better mood. While Kohli scored 46 off 32 balls, de Villiers remained not out on 70 off 41 deliveries.
Among the bowlers, Chahal was the best as he took 4 wickets for 38 runs. Mumbai Indians set a target of 188 in their quota of 20 overs. RCB went close but stopped at 181 for 5 in their allotted 20 overs.
