No serious trouble for Dimuth

Dream start as Test captain
For the recently-concluded Test series against South Africa, the Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) decided to drop skipper Dinesh Chandimal. In place of him Dimuth was given the responsibility to lead his country.
Karunaratne had a dream start as Sri Lanka won both the Tests under his leadership. In the process they also became only the third country to win Test series in the Rainbow Nation. Sri Lanka’s Kusal Perera was named Man of the Series for his scintillating batting.
