5. Shimron Hetmyer
The Windies batsman has caught the eyes of the cricketing fraternity in a year and a half. The 22-year-old left-hander is well known for his excellent and flamboyant stroke-play. Moreover he has the ability to turn games single-handedly.
In the recent T20I series against Englang, he couldn’t get going and scored just 32 in three innings. But in ODI series, he scored a fabulous century and helped his team win the game. Hetymer can really be a surprise package for RCB.
He could be used as an opener where he can use the field restrictions and give flying starts. He has the ability to change the course of the game in a space of a few delieveries. Hetmyer has all the ability to become the X-factor in his debut IPL season.
