Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah has reached the training camp of Mumbai Indians. He will once again lead the pace battery of the IPL franchise. Bumrah is in excellent form and is expected to be the team’s key member.

The three-times IPL champion failed to make the playoffs in the previous season. They finished at the fifth spot of the league as they won only six games. They will be keen to bounce back from that mishap and perform brilliantly this season.

Currently Bumrah is in exceptional form across all the formats of the game. Mumbai Indians will hope that Bumrah’s excellent form continues in the IPL too. If the latest video of the franchise is to be noted, then the pacer is getting ready to blow away the opposition with his deadly yorkers.

Twitter slams Bumrah

In the video posted by the franchise, it can be seen Bumrah is uprooting a single stump. He was doing it with his fast and accurate yorkers and that do on a consistent basis. However Twitterati along with Bumrah’s yorkers noticed something else in the video.

In the video, Bumrah is seen stepping down from a car. There a gatekeeper was seen welcoming the pacer with folded hands (Namaskar gesture). Bumrah nodded his head in acknowledgement.

He then looked up to the camera to say ‘hi’. At that moment the gatekeeper extended his hand to offer a handshake. However Bumrah missed it and didn’t acknowledge it. Social media was quick to spot the incident. While some were disappointed with Bumrah’s conduct, some said the Indian players need moral education. While there were some who defended the pacer.
