KKR Bring Matt Kelly In Place Of Injured Anrich Nortje

IPL franchise Kolkata Knight Riders have found the replacement of injured Anrich Nortje. The two-times champions have bought uncapped Aussie pacer Matthew Kelly.

The move would certainly strengthen the pace attack of KKR, which wasn’t their strongest point. Previously they had only two world-class pacers in the likes of Prasidh Krishna and Lockie Ferguson among their ranks.

South African pacer Anrich Nortje was snapped up in the auction for a price of 20 lakhs. However he suffered from a shoulder injury and failed to recover in time. As a result he was officially ruled out of the entire tournament.
