The entire cricketing fraternity still remembers the babysitting banter which happened in the Test series between Australia and India. Aussie skipper Tim Paine had asked India’s Rishabh Pant if he would like to babysit his kids.
The entire conversation was heard through the stump mic. Australia will be soon touring India for limited-overs series. Star Sports is the official broadcaster for this tour. They have now used the babysitting banter for promoting the T20I and ODI series.
In the promo video, former cricketer Virender Sehwag is seen babysitting some Australian kids. He recalls how the Kangaroos had asked the Indians to babysit their kids.
The promo video has gone viral and has been liked by many fans. The Australian tour will begin with two T20Is on 24 and 28 February. After that the five-match ODI series will begin from 3 March.

Pant takes a hilarious dig on the video
Seeing the promo video, former Aussie player Matthew Hayden became angry. As a result in a tweet he warned India and Sehwag to not take the Men in Yellow lightly.
But on the other hand Rishabh Pant had taken a hilarious dig on the video. He has loved it and has hilariously termed Sehwag as his inspiration.
Sehwag has always been one of the idols for Pant. The wicketkeeper-batsman funnily said that Viru always teaches him how to be better both in cricket and babysitting. “Viru paaji showing me how to be better at cricket and babysitting — an inspiration always! @StarSportsIndia @virendersehwag,” Pant tweeted.

Pant is still not certain whether he will play the ODI series or not. The series will be the end of India’s ODI assignments before the World Cup. After this series the Indian Premier League will begin from 23 March. Only time will say if Pant gets a final chance to prove his mettle.
