A ghastly terrorist attack recently hit India in the Pulwama region of Kashmir. Terrorist group named Jaish-e-Mohammed took the responsibility of the attack. As a result of the attack more than 40 CRPF personnel has lost their lives.
All the cricketers and celebrities expressed their anger over this sad incident. Former Indian opener Gautam Gambhir reacted harshly on the unfortunate incident. He took to twitter and said ‘Enough is enough’ before saying that India should give reply on the battlefield now.
Gambhir tweeted, “Yes, let’s talk with the separatists. Yes, let’s talk with Pakistan. But this time conversation can’t be on the table, it has to be in a battle ground. Enough is enough. 18 CRPF personnel killed in IED blast on Srinagar-Jammu highway.”
Along with Gambhir, other Indian cricketers have also expressed their grief in their official Twitter account. Many have also lend their helping hand for the families of the martyred soldiers.
Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan has donated a huge sum of money for them. He even urged everyone to help the suffering families. Former cricketer Virender Sehwag also said that he would take care of the children of the martyrs.
Meanwhile Gambhir’s battlefield tweet has not gone down well with the Pakistan media. Recently Pakistan cricketer Shahid Afridi was asked by a reporter to comment on Gambhir’s recent remarks.

Afridi says Kya ho gaya usko?

Shahid Afridi is currently playing for Multan Sultans in the Pakistan Super League (PSL). The team is captained by Pakistan cricketer Shoaib Malik. The incident happened when Afridi was on his way to the team bus after a match against Islamabad United.
A reporter asked Afridi about what Gautam Gambhir has commented. At first Afridi’s reaction was “Kya ho gaya usko”. When the reporter told Afridi in detail about Gambhir’s tweet, Afridi ignored the question and boarded the bus.
It was perhaps a decent thing to do as the subject is pretty sensitive. Afridi has previously received criticisms because of speaking on such issues. Moreover Gambhir and Afridi do not share a good relationship. They recently had an argument on social media on the Kashmir issue itself.
