Currently the world’s No. 1 bowler, Bumrah is one of the lethal weapons for the Men in Blue. He made his ODI debut in 2016 and since then has played 49 matches. In those games he has taken 85 wickets at an economy of 4.51 runs per over.

Bumrah’s unique bowling action is his USP. Along with that he has a lot of variations in his arsenal. He has the ability to strike with the new ball. He can also bowl slower balls and yorkers in the death overs.

Currently there is no other bowler who can match the calibre of Bumrah. The young pacer will look to continue his excellent form and produce some match-winning spell in the World Cup. India will depend on him heavily during the beginning and end of the innings.
